Following the rebrand, FT Locations needed to show up at flagship industry events with a clear, confident presence that reflected its new positioning.

The challenge was to translate the brand into a physical environment that would stand out in a crowded, high-value space like MIPIM and Select USA, while clearly communicating the proposition to a senior, investment-focused audience.

It needed to feel premium, globally relevant and immediately understandable, while also driving meaningful engagement and commercial outcomes on the ground.

I led the creative direction and execution of the event stands across both MIPIM and Select USA, developing a cohesive visual approach that brought the brand to life in a physical space.

We built the concept around recognisable commercial architecture from across global markets, reinforcing FT Locations’ international scope. The arrow device became the central visual cue, weaving through these environments to represent guidance, positioning FT Locations as a trusted partner helping clients navigate complex investment decisions.

The system was applied consistently across the full stand experience, from large-scale backdrops to supporting materials and branded assets, ensuring clarity and impact from every angle.
